When, in your subsequent dreams, they devolve such that your guitar turns into a banjo, that you really should seek professional help.

Be worried.
My first Martin was the subject of several "OMG look what's happened to my guitar!!" dreams.
A friend wanted it and I sold it to him - then most of those dreams came true.
Get rid of it quick!

In the words of Ray Wylie Hubbard, "our fears are like dragons, guarding our most precious treasure."

I've had several terrible dreams of injuries befalling my children over the years.

You say the dreams only came true after you sold it? So I think I must be destined to keep it. Lol.
I did make sure to fill the humidipak. 28% humidity in my house today. Yikes!

I too have had nightmares about my loved ones, those are truly nightmares. This dream had a kind of "what the h--- was that all about sort of vibe. Then laughter.

Had it descended to a banjo dream I would be worried.

They do this to convince you that you need a new guitar. Talk about pressure tactics! Some companies will do anything to make a sale.

If it's only three, you should be OK. If it moves to 4, you have the four guitarmen of the apocalypse !

I think you're safe, but an extra deadbolt for the door isn't that expensive.

You should start to worry when you dream of Chewbacca smashing your guitar after listening to just one Solo for years.
