The tone of this guitar is exquisite. Articulate and loud, this guitar more than holds its own. Crystalline trebles and more base response than I have heard in many Collings OMs. Tonally, this is just a stellar guitar. I have played many and owned many Collings and this one is the best of the bunch. It is an incredibly responsive guitar and is so satisfying to play." I have found that to be true along with an appreciation of the sweetness and richness of tone. Certainly a top notch Collings. I am thinning the collection a bit getting ready for a few new commissions in coming in the next 36 months. I have some great instruments and must make some really hard choices. Condition is excellent. With a guitar this age one may expect some kind of mark but I can't find any. This thing looks like factory fresh. I would give it 9.99/10. As with all my guitars, extremely well cared for while in my posession. I was using D'Addario EJ-16 and Newtone Heritage 12s which work well on this guitar. I am asking (SOLD pending payment) net to me. Will entertain reasonable offers but not much wiggle room in this one. Includes shipping/insurance to the lower 48.
