My wife and I just moved to Nashville and I will finally have the time to take lessons. Anybody have any recommendations?

send a message or friend request to Barbara Cloyd. She runs all the shows at the Bluebird; I'm sure she can set you up or send a fb to Tim La Roche, he moved down there a few years back from New England and I believe teaches lessons. He can play the Devil Went Down to Georgia on the acoustic guitar and it sounds just like Charlie Daniels playing it on the fiddle.
Not sure how he does it?

Danny Combs is a member of this forum and an excellent guitarist as well as teacher. He teaches guitar at one of the Nashville high schools as well as private lessons (his high school program won a Grammy last year). Check out his web site, www.dannycombs.com

If you're interested in Flat Picking, Rob Pearcy gives lessons in Smyrna. He's a great guitar player, great teacher, and very nice guy. I take lessons from him and couldn't be happier. If you'd like his number, send me a private message.

Wow, thanks for the kind words and thinking of me, everyone! I appreciate it.

Ghost483, I'm currently all booked up but I will have one spot opening in late July if you're interested. You can visit my website to learn a little more about me if you'd like - www.dannycombs.com. My email address is on the website too.

Kindly,
Danny
