Pirate Guitars by Andy Armstrong?

Hey folks. Curious if anyone has experience with Pirate Guitars. Apparently the luthier worked under (with?) Kevin Kopp. Looks like some interesting Gibson/Martin style guitars. Might consider trying one out but would love to hear from someone who has played one!
