I've seen Sarah perform this music a few times, with Tunnels, years ago. Wonderful music!

It's thread hijack time! These guys built the school that was torn down to build the school that was there before old school.

Here's a tune I really like, it is part of Respighi's Ancient Airs and Dances:

Did you write the movie "Yesterday?"

A long post, so don't know if this one has been mentioned, but I never did like "Tomorrow Never Knows". It just seems like a wild meandering of thoughts with no melody. And I suppose I am one who needs a melody. But, I am a HUGE Beatles fan!

I’m reminded of when my sister invited a classical guitarist and me to her house with the intention that we play together. He had no interest in any music beyond what he considered classical music. He said, “I don’t know, 400 years of music is enough for me,” which is somewhat like saying shades of a single color are all I care to see or French cuisine is enough for me.

One can find a percentage of all forms of music that is appealing though with some genres, that percentage may be very small.

I agree, and for decades I thought George played it, because after all, he was the "lead" guitar player!

Yeah, I read somewhere that he was pretty sick and tired of people telling him that was their favorite solo of his.
