Default Linen fiber guitar

I got the chance to play a Blackbird Linen fiber guitar yesterday. It was a real treat. Much more organic sounding than the carbon fiber guitars I've played. It was a guy's travel guitar and put out a lot of sound. I can't recall seeing one. I was very impressed, but very plain looking.

Out of all the "composite materials" guitars I think I like the look of the flax-based Blackbird Guitars the best. I wouldn't mind having one of the parlor-sized Blackbird Savoys stashed beside the couch.

The beauty of the Savoy is that it looks like a very traditional mahogany guitar but is radical in its material composition and build. It's also quite beautiful in its tonal and projection qualities. Blackbird hit some magical spots with its Riders and the Savoy is another winner.
