Thank you for the Replies! I'm liking the Frans Krujers
I like Carl Brown too I haven't tried too many of his tutorials i did miss the rhythm (beat counting or visual representation of the rhythm) and the visuals, but his explanations of chords and where the fingers go were great

Regarding Truefire: I haven't tried it yet. Any particular tutorials from Truefire that have been of great value for finger-picking and learning songs?

Here is another channel full of tabs

David Hamburger’s Fretboard Confidential is great for blues & Jazz fingerpicking on Utube and he also has several courses on TrueFire.

Get on thier mailing list. I bought a couple of courses from them when they were on sale and now i get emails a couple of times a week from them usually with a special on the monthly rate for considerably less.

I don't really have one source. I usually check out Youtube. It is difficult to get all of those points into one lesson consistently.

I also recommend Marty Schwartz (sp). He is featured in the current edition of Taylor Guitar Wood and Steel. Marty's lessons are like being one on one in a studio. He pauses between fingering and strumming starts slow progressing to performance level. Thanks Marty for helping me on my journey.... we've never met but I feel like I know you.

Your thread title is accurate. If you are looking for specific tutorials on songs, YT is a pretty good resource per the previous responses. If you are looking for a specific guitar course or curriculum, you are better served by teacher, Justin Guitar, Peghead Nation, Jamplay, Artistworks, Skype lessons, etc..

Beware YT videos with titles like “Ten blues riffs to make you a blues master” or “Four Travis picking patterns that will make you sound like Chet”.

Good luck.

For finger picking Jerry's Guitar Bar is good, IMO.

Dan Thorpe's lessons are really good - excellent teacher. He has a paid site monthly program where he teaches one strummed tune and one fingerpicking tune (plus several other monthly lessons) - however he offers a ton of free stuff as well.

The monthly program:

I did it for 2 years when I started, it was really helpful, especially when I was in a rut. I only stopped because I'm studying flatpicking now, which wasn't a part of his curriculum at the time.
