For Sale: Martin D-21 Special- no longer for sale

I am the second owner. It was purchased new from MFG in 2011. I think I got it from the original purchaser a year later and it has rarely left my house. It’s in excellent condition and so is the case. Has a professionally installed K an K pure mini with the vintage jack. $2000.

last week i received a store demo D-21 Special which makes me the first owner and this guitar is outstanding! it's basically an identical guitar to my D-18 Retro but with a rosewood back and no aging toner. We A/B'd them last night and the there were the typical tonewood differences, but the volume out of the 21 was astounding! The addition of the K&K Pure (best most natural sounding pick-up in my opinion & on my McKnight) makes this a good buy.

I have not been really eager to sell this, as maybe you can tell from the lack of follow up bumps. But it really should go to someone who will play it more (and better) than me.

Hi SlopeD. String spacing is 2 and 5/16 inches. Nut width is 1and 3/4.

This D21 Special is quite a bit different than the more recent one. I like this one’s specs better. Good luck with your sale!
