Default Galletta california custom pickup?

I've only seen these in a few clips here and there, mostly by electric guitar players. Anyone have any experience with these?

Wow, I loved this YouTube demo - but they sound nothing like an acoustic guitar, or even an acoustic with your average magnetic pickup designed for acoustics. Sound is more like a cross between my Eastman archtop and my Tele. It's a shame they cost $325.00. I'd love to have one to fool around with but that's way too rich for my blood.

Yes you could find a used mexican tele for
That price.. interesting niche mkt pickup .
Be nice to hear a clean video. Instead of all that
Verb and trem and saturation..

That was my thought exactly. I want to hear it through an acoustic amp or pa. That demo sounds AMAZING. But like you said, it's not acoustic.
