I work as a Supply Chain expert for Apple. Among other things, I am the global program manager for our retail store's replenishment system (that I helped design) and I'm also involved with daily capacity planning for our retail distribution centers. The former makes sure we have products to sell in our stores, and the latter makes sure we have the labor and capacity for those store shipments. I've worked in retail operations for over 25 years (16th w/ Apple).

My wife and I also own two adjacent vacation rental homes in Tamarindo, Costa Rica. These take time to manage, so they're like a side job, for now. But in non-COVID times, they're providing additional income to help us get to retirement sooner (as well as a tropical place to escape!).

College professor. My field is British Lit, particularly the 18th and 19th centuries. But before this job, I had quite a few others. I remember a few years moving office furniture. And a few years as a legal proofreader.

I’d rather not proofread legal documents again. Seriously. Please. No. And I still have bad dreams about a publication called Florida Jurisprudence.

Man, I'd like to take a surf trip to Tamarindo sometime in the next few years.

Let's see how much I can remember:
US Army Communications officer - Korea, 82nd Airborne Division, and 7th Special Forces Group (Abn)
Assistant Professor of Military Science, University of Wisconsin-Madison
Stockbroker, Merrill Lynch
Financial Planner, The New England
Investment Specialist, New England Securities
Specialty Running Store Owner
Radio Show Talk Host
Network Marketer
Event Organizer
Real Estate Rehabber

Right now I am semi-retired. I am working at moving my December event onto a virtual platform to keep it going.

I once got a call to come down to the farmer's market as a bluegrass group's guitar player could not make it. After the first set we split the tips and I got $2.75. I went over to a "artisan" coffee tent and got a cup of coffee for $3.00. Since I was down twenty-five cents for the gig, and that didn't even count driving three-quarters of a mile to get there, I didn't bother to file a 1099. My professional music career was very short-lived.

Electronic Technician, Bachelor in Management and (hopefully) completing my MBA next year.

43 years in the Healthcare Diagnostic Imaging field.

Currently, manage Diagnostic Imaging service for the #2 rated hospital in the country.

Prior: manufacturing, engineering, service training instructor, Manager and eventually Director of Training.

McJam Event Coordinator - one weekend a year, except for this year.

I feel fortunate to be in the health care business as I've remained employed to date (knock on wood).

About 3 months from now, I reach Social Security Full Retirement Age. Still hope to work for another 3 years.

I am a mechanical engineer, having graduated in 1970 with a BSME from Purdue U. I worked 3 years designing advanced airborne radar equipment, then 5 years with the nuclear navy testing submarines and surface ships after overhaul, then 38 years as chief engineer for a relatively small manufacturing company designing, testing, putting into production, and assisting the sales department in applying specialty pumps, mostly for the wastewater treatment industry. I retired from full time work in the spring of 2016 but still work part time as an engineering consultant through my own company.

I did serve for 3.25 years as a moderator for the AGF.
