Default qsc k10 channel out

anyone have any problems with their qsc 10? was playing a gig and channel A went dead. was lining out from aer 60/3 to channel A and it just quit. moved to channel B and all is good in that channel. is there any simple solution someone may know of before taking it for repair?

Have you tried ch a since. I beleive there is a
thermal cutoff that resets after it cools.
just a thought and easy fix.
heres a link to a schematic download
https://elektrotanya.com/qsc_k8_k10_.../download.html

if it will help.
I would go to a board first with your di out. was the switch on the
back set to line or mic?
