I am actually having my early morning first cup of coffee, and I am experiencing calm and refreshing feeling. And I am looking forward to any hurdle I will conquer in the days ahead.
Well done!
Great music, and the guitar sounds fantastic.

Enjoying with my coffee here on a Thursday afternoon

The McCollum sounds great Fred, still haven't played any of Lance's beauties. Looking forward to that day. Enjoy the weekend ahead amigo

Hey Dustin! Thanks so much for listening (with coffee!!)
I've followed Lance McCollum;s story for quite a while and was thrilled to welcome this 2000 GA last spring (Brazilian/Italian). Never thought I could bring one home, but all worked out with a fine seller here on AGF.
He knew and had met Lance years ago and commissioned Harvey Leach (Lance's friend and collaborator) design a special heel cap inlay on this guitar in Lance's memory. (Celtic Knot). It surely make the guitar more personal beyond it's wonderful sonic gifts!
Thanks again Dustin......be well!
Fred

Good evening, Bob!!! Thanks so much for checking this one out! I enjoyed putting this one together and bringing it along. Not sure you caught the other tune which came out right around that time...."Tidal Pools".....it's on my SC and something you might also enjoy.

Great to hear from you and thanks again!
Fred

Do you remember the inner groove on vinyl records back in the '70s? Because inner groove distortion would make a mess of any full-throated song at the end of a record side, rock bands would often turn to their guitarists to supply little miniature solo acoustic guitar pieces to go last on each side. They were often intricate, tantalizing, reflective things. That's what your piece reminded me of. It didn't shriek of DADGAD but was just a nice, meditative piece.

Just the thing to prepare my palate as I begin another Friday morning at the recording studio. Thanks for that.

Bob
