Just stumbled across a Grace Design Lunatec v2 for a pretty good price.
Two channel Grace Design - I'm all for it! Have an m101 and am trying to sell it.
My beginner's question is - I can go out from the Grace Lunatec with XLR female to TRS Balanced 1/4" and go into my line input on my interface, right? Ultimately trying to bypass the built-in pre's.

Great score IMO!

I still use an EMU 1212M PCIe card so no expert on these newfangled USB interfaces. But the V2 also has an AD converter that should be better than what your interface has, and you may be able to bypass your interface AD (and preamps) by using the SPDIF out from the V2.
