Default Local Luthier Exposed

Here's something that doesn't happen every day.

My local weekly:

http://www.petaluma360.com/

There is a video of me playing Tim Porter's guitar (I think), which I shipped out just yesterday. And there are about thirty rather charming pictures of my shop and environs, not to mention the largely accurate article itself.

Great story. It’s nice when they get it right too.

Good stuff.
Having been in your neck of the woods on business a few times, I'm always envious of that beautiful area of the country.
Unfortunately, it's not a place I could afford to live in.

Cool. I was especially amused that they called you "Petaluman". It could be an adjective or a noun...

Bruce, Great article, wonderful pics and I got a chuckle out of the largely accurate comment. Nice way to start the day.

Smile Now that you're famous…

Now that you're famous… do you feel any different?
I suppose the relevant question is will you be able to pay off that new guitar and amp you bought at LaConner? Haha

Seriously, congratulations! In my opinion, which is far from humble, many of the Luthers hereabouts deserve Way more exposure than they get! I've said it before but it is still true…

Great Luthiers are modern alchemists. They turn wood into the most beautiful music.

Nice video! Glad they caught you!!! I am always pleased to hear a fine voice to go with the beautiful guitar.

Go Bruce, go!

Everybody have a wonderful and musical Memorial Day weekend!

Paul

Great singing, Bruce - I think that's the best live rendition I've heard of that song. Definitely several steps up from my jam circles, anyway. I can't wait to see one of your guitars strung up with that gold EVO wire. That will be a killer.
