Default I think Spring is finally coming out of quarantine also....

It feels like the warm weather is late in coming, this year.

One of my simple pleasures is having breakfast that looks like this.
Today was the first day where is was nice enough to sit outside this early.

This is the view from my outside practice seat and breakfast coffee spot.

long overdue and much awaited.....

Seems like it although my hummingbird feeders were trashed by a bear this morning. And yes, as the picture below indicates, bears like hummingbird food. Notice the bear's tongue sticking out to catch the drippings...

Indeed a couple years ago down in Colorado we had an incident where a good size black bear came one evening and pulled the bottom ( snap plastic ) off two feeders without breaking them. Then proceeded to lay sprawled on his stomach and lick the puddles of sugar water off the deck

Back to the OP going to be 70 here today. !!!!!!

Spring has sprung here and is soon to be just a fond memory.
85 degrees here yesterday.

Fazool, that’s a beautiful setting.
I have relatives in Williamsville, where my father is from and where I was born.
As a kid I spent some quality time on Thunder Bay at a family cabin and in Warsaw fishing a family owned lake for small mouth. It’s a beautiful area and holds fond memories for me.

Happy Spring to you!

Where I live we have a lot of ornamental cherry and plum trees. There is no mistaking Spring!

They love sugar. We live in a fully developed suburb, but surrounded by a river and plenty of open space. Once had one hibernate under our porch!

Just last week a mom and 2 cubs walked right in our neighbor's (open) garage, found a big bottle of ginger ale, got the top off and licked it up off the floor. His dog chased one of the cubs up a tree. From what I've been told the dog could have been an appetizer with one swat from mama's paw.

Spring is almost over here. I always associate lilac blossoms with the start of summer, and ours are almost over. Rhododendrons in their exhibitionism stage - my fav.

Temp though is not so great - high of 68 F today.

Summer arrived today, forget spring. The last few years we'll get a hint of spring, a couple of 60, 70 degree days, back to the 40s and 50s and then bam, 75, 80 degrees.

Winter won't give it up this year in the High Rockies. Had a bit of snow yesterday above 9500 feet.

My golf league starts this morning, and it's 35 degrees right now. Going to be chilly out there, if they let us play.
