Nice I love my FB K! Super fast and really fun to play, it can handle anything I can throw at it even though I enjoy the challenge! You are in for a treat.

I'd like to hear one with a slightly deeper end pin depth some day out of nosiness.

What a lovely set of koa! I also considered upgrading to the old german spruce, but Michael had already gone through the trouble of finding me a set of European spruce that was harvested in Switzerland, so we decided to go with that one.

Michael told me that the long term differences between normal european spruce and the old German spruce would be small, but the old german spruce would break in much faster. He said that with it my guitar would sound 10 years old after only a year or so.

I updated your spec sheet to reflect my change to 5A guatamalan instead of indian RW.

Brian, that was already going to be a killer guitar, the lovely rosewood will make it even more so. Fun!

Congratulations, Brian, on the latest choices you've made. That Guatemalan rosewood set is really lovely. Looking forward to further updates, so keep 'em coming!

Box is closed and the guitar is in the finishing process! I should have it in a month-ish

I'm getting pretty excited!

Thanks Gents, I'm really looking forward to it.

The current schedule seems to be a couple weeks early at the moment, which means that with some luck this will arrive in time for my holidays in June. That would be a nice treat!

As some have said, 1 13/16 is perfect for fingerstyle

Mine seems to be coming along as well. They are setting it up this week I believe.

Holy smokes! If they accidently send me yours instead I won't be too sad!

By the way, I sent Andy an email and asked him to install the new high ratio waverlies on mine. He said that it's not a problem and that he can order some for me.

I wonder why Michael won’t do 2 1/4 string spacing?
