Chord / Musical Notation Reference Chart
Hi folks,
Just came across this in an old Fake Book and thought I'd share as a helpful reference tool. Cheers! |

Not sure how that would help guitar players much. Looks like a chart of some very unusual chords.
I've used this guitar chord book for umpteen years. It contains over 9,000 chord diagrams showing many variations of each chord. |

"Looks like a chart of some very unusual chords"
Not really. Far left column is major chords, ( from C -> B in half steps ) Third column is 7th chords... Fourth column is Major 7th... Sixth column is Minor chords... 8th column is Minor 7th chords... Now, I generally don't look for chord shapes in standard music notation, but I really should try. Given this is a page from an old "fake book" which could be like "the Real Book" which are a thick volume of standards for Jazz players, reading music is up their alley.
