I've been learning Classical Gas by Mason Williams and it's a lot of fun.

Two other that I always have a lot of fun playing are Breakfast in the Field and Eleven Small Roaches by Michael Hedges.

I know it's on the electric but I ran through it on acoustic and it sounded pretty good. Plus, it's completely different than any song I've seen on this thread so far.
Awesome, thanks for that.

Recently I've been playing new songs I've learned:

Rox in the Box- The Decemberists
We Both Go Down Together- The Decemberists
Snuff- Slipknot
Flake- Jack Johnson (awesome barre chord practice)
Pretty much all of the Nirvana Unplugged album

Working on learning 'River' from Monte Montgomery. Anyone figure it out yet? (Rhythm not lead).

The Bard's Song by Blind Guardian (Wish my friend would pick up the lead guitar part like he said he would, lol. That would be fun to play along with someone else.)

Tears in Heaven - Eric Clapton

This Old Guitar - John Denver

And recently been working on Baby, You Wouldn't Last a Minute on the Creek by Chiodos. Acoustic Version, of course.

EDIT: Almost forgot about I Will Follow You Into The Dark by Deathcab For Cutie. Really fun one

I'm with you on those MHT...

also in no particular order:
Every Night - Macca
Eleanor Rigby & In My Life - Beatles
These Days - Jackson Browne
America - Simon & Garfunkle
Save It For A Rainy day - Jayhawks
Little Boy Blue - Jake Armerding

Man, there are a lot of good ones for sure, but these are what I'm hitting on in the basement right now!
