Good Classical Teacher in Kansas City Area
I have done the perfunctory Google search and returned some names (Beekman, Bledsoe, etc.), but not really knowing much I thought I'd seek the advice of the forum. Do you have recommendations for good teachers in Kansas City proper?
This would be for my daughter (10) who has some familiarity with the violin and wants to learn guitar. And, what the heck, I might try some lessons, too. Thanks so much. I appreciate the insight. |

Douglas Niedt. But if he didn't show up in Goog, perhaps not currently accepting new students.

I’m not sure if Doug still teaches but he is the best in town. I teach some classical but am on hiatus from teaching and performing as well. Chris Hudson is also a good teacher.

Yes, I was able to get in touch with Douglas and hw was pretty quick to reply. We are still trying to figure out whether or not he can do in person lesson (once people are able to interact again, of course). It seems most of his lessons are virtual these days.
Thanks to you all for the help! |
