Default 2019 PRESTON THOMPSON DMA

Here is a new condition (5mo. old) Thompson DMA picked up in Sisters Or. right from the shop. The recent purchase of another guitar I have been searching for years has led me to the decision to sell this guitar as I only need one.
This Thompson has the Adirondack top and Adirondack bracing with Spanish Cedar purfling.
Mahogany back and sides
3 ring 18 style rossette
Tortoise binding
Ebony fingerboard with 18% nickel frets, adjustable truss rod
Ebony bridge with Ebony bridge pins
Bone 23/32" nut with bone saddle
Waverly tuners and Ebony overlay on headstock
A strap button was installed at the shop on pickup
I includes the Thompson branded Harptone hardshell case
Action at the 12th fret is approx. 3/32 the neck width at the 12 th fret is 2 1/4" and the spacing at the saddle is 2 1/4" stock set up from Thompson Shop.
This guitar is in Pristine Condition, no dings, no scratches, no rash on the back, it is as perfect as it was when picked up new at the shop. The guitar plays with ease and has a super comfy C shape neck profile. Just a joy to play and it has the sought after tone of Thompson.
I am listing this at a steal price of 4000.00 dollars, available for pickup in person or shipped at buyer's expense. PP fees would also be the buyers to pay.
Considering a new one today would be 5300.00 dollars and a wait to get it this is a very fair price and in this condition a one time chance to own one of the best Dreadnoughts available!!
Don't hesitate to send questions happy to offer help. Thanks to all who responded but NO TRADES on this one only straight sale. Thanks

Can you restate that? According to this chart, it is impossibly high.

I'm guessing he means 93 thousandths. Closest thing on the chart is 0.0938" = 3/32. That would be reasonable, right?

Its right around 3/32" as set up at the Thompson shop when picked up, completely stock, plenty of saddle, no mods. Hope this helps, using a string height gauge it falls right around 90/93+=......
It is a fantastic guitar needs NOTHING set up is perfect, no fret wear. Neck is straight, relief is right on no dings, no scratches, no swirls, no marks, no cracks, in other words a 6mo old new guitar.
