Congrats to both Rebecca and Dustin on this particular adventure!
Thanks buddy!

It's all been quite different than this one. I typically go for a modest look like her previous builds but when there is a "theme" and the woods work well with it I have to say I am quite a sucker.

Urlacher's belezza guitar stands are the most beautiful functional guitar stand I have come across on the web so far - will you also be getting one along with the guitar, Dustin?
I would love to but already have two nice handmade walnut stands which is actually pushing it considering the small bedroom space I use as a studio. Maybe one day when the space is larger!

AND... She builds gorgeous instruments that sound amazing! And Dustin is such a great player. Match made for something truly special!

I so look forward to following this and to hearing you play this special guitar! Thanks for bringing us along!

Thank you Beth I am very happy to be working with her.

I'm glad you dig it, man!! I seriously can't wait to see photos of it when it's back from Vancouver Guitar Finishing! Gonna look glassy and classy

Indeed, sir! I will be recording a handle of demos when I receive it to share. She has a few demos online but not enough for the time being... This will change soon

Indeed, especially for fingerstyle which I play 90% of the time.

I'm very pleased to be working with her, she seems like a very nice builder with a great eye and from what I hear - great tone.

The guitar has just returned from Vancouver Guitar Finishing and she is looking fine as a glass of iced tea on a hot summer day!

Dustin, you are going to have your hands full between your Beneteau, the new Larrivee coming and this beauty! This build is absolutely stunning! I love the inlays, esp the one on the inside of the cutaway. Beautiful work!

Thanks buddy, yeah I'm interested to hear it for sure. Cedar and short scale go together really well in my book.

One of the classiest and most beautiful guitars I've seen Dustin! Loving the wood choices and how it all blends together.
Hoping to hear this guitar as she comes your way for a demo and introduction!
Take good care,
Fred

Congrats Dustin on another great looking guitar! I'm looking forward to hearing how it sounds in your hands compared to your new Beneteau MJ.

Knocked another one out of the park, really like the organic aesthetic. Congrats!

I'm willing to bet it'll be a bit more on the quiet side, with the shorter scale and cedar top, but I don't consider that a bad thing if the voice is compelling enough. I have faith it'll be a great recording guitar and very easy to play and the soundport will make up for any lesser-perceived volume!
