Really well done!!! I wish I could have played my Ric 360-12, but the neck was just too narrow. I now have a 660-12 which is much more comfortable for me.

I actually got a chance to play about a dozen Byrds songs with Roger McGuinn when he was a wedding guest at a wedding I played some years ago. Of course I didn't have a 12 string at the time..... He made do with 6. :-)

Hi David,

Well, a Rickenbacker 660-12 would be very cool! Is that a 1 13/16" nut width?

The nut width on my 360-12 is 1 5/8", which really seems ridiculous on a 12-string. It really is narrow, even for me, and I have fairly slender fingers.

And what an experience to have played a bunch of Byrds song with Roger McGuinn!!! Holy Cow, that would be wonderful! Good for you!

Thank you for watching and for your comments, David! Greatly appreciated!

- Glenn

Thank you Frank!

I'm so glad you like this cover! Yeah, that Rickenbacker really has a unique sound. I chose this song to cover because I really wanted something I could use my Ric 12-string on!

Thanks for your kind comments, Frank! Much appreciated!

I hope all is well for you and that 2023 is going to be a great year for you!

Thank you Joe!

I'm so glad you thought this came out well! Yes, there is a lot of energy in this song, I think because the tempo at 151 bpm is so ridiculously fast! I really had to practice to get myself amped up for that high tempo!

Thanks for taking time to watch and comment, Joe! How nice of you! I appreciate it very much!

Here's to a great 2023 coming up!

- Glenn

Hi Pura Vida!

It's wonderful to hear from you! Thank you for taking the time to listen and comment! It's greatly appreciated!

I'm so glad you felt this came out well! It was a fun cover to do and it was pretty short and sweet! And it was fun to have a song I could use that Ric 12-string on.

I hope all is well and that you enjoy 2023!

- Glenn

How nice of you Paul!

Thank you for the kind words! Much appreciated!

Regarding the vocals on this song, I often go into these recordings not knowing if I can really pull them off, but this one was so familiar to me from my youth that I actually thought I could do this from the beginning. I'm glad it worked out and I'm glad you appreciated the end result!

Thank you! I hope all is well and that you have a great 2023! Be well!

Hi Glenn,

This whole thing is just tops. Not a song I would have expected you to cover (is there an acoustic in the mix?). I'm completely blown away by it
