Geoff at Xguitars is a good guy. I believe it’s a one person company and he also runs Sageworks the guitar support, which is really popular with classical guitars. Call or email him, he typically respond pretty quickly. I don’t think he would take your money and not deliver.

I have bought from XGuitars in the past and received excellent customer service. The guitar I purchased was promptly shipped to me all the way to my home in Hawaii. I was provided with a tracking number to monitor the parcel in transit.
Have you had any communication with them since the purchase? If not, perhaps a call or email will set things right. I found the owner Geoff to be very responsive.
Good Luck!

Yes Ive contacted him, the A.G. for N.Carolina, and as of this morning, no guitar.
He did email me, but has no reason why my guitar hasnt shipped.
He was paid in full and in good faith.
Also the BBB was notified

So you determined the guitar was a little late because of Xguitars and not the courier?

Shipping snafus are happening at a much higher rate than they were pre-pandemic.

There was also a holiday weekend in there....
