But In all this process, i created a hair line gap at heal between body and heal. I don't know how to correct it or will leave as it is.

And, keep fingers and hands away from the router bit......very sharp and invisible at 6000 rpm. Shop first aid by CA gel glue. Second worst shop injury in 60-year span of wood working (needed three sutures at 10 years old).

Tuning Machine Screw Head broken:

Supplied screws are chinees and behaved like plaster c screw, heads got marks and one was broken.

I used a 6 mm hollow tube to remove screws, drilled only 4 mm, filled with mahogany dust mixed with tight bond and sanded.

Neck attached with body:

Today , i attached the neck with body.
Sanded entire guitar with 240 grit.
Applied glue on finger board extention and sound board, small amount of glue on sides of tennon.
No locktite on nuts. Tighten well.

There was a gap of 0.6 mm between extention and sound board, i tried hard to remove , but no progress .so i filled that gap with glue.

Center line and neck angle checked 4 times before glue.

Thanks Fathand

Here are some pics of full guitar and top view of fret board, which look some twisted and fret board extention seems lower than fret board, it's ok?

Intonation:

As I checked intonation to finalise the bridge position,
at 12th fret high E string sounds perfect E , but low E sounds D# and other notes from 1 to 12 are also sounding like that.

I have checked the scale length properly with compensation, no change, so pl suggest, what to do?

Are you using a digital tuner?

Strings flat at the 12th fret but in tune open, could be too thin or saddle is too far from the nut. Possibly innacurate nut slots? Innacurate fret position?

How many cents flat ? More than 5?

Nut face to high e should be about scale length + 1.5 mm or 1/16inch

Nut face to low E should be about scale length + 4.5 mm or 3/16 inch

Are you using decent quality strings? Light or medium gauge acoustic strings?

Thanks Fathand for your advise and it's worked.

As per SM , 2.77 mm should be add in distence measured from nut face to 12 fret. High E is ok , but low E was + 20 points sharp.

As per Fathand advise, adding the suggested length at both side , the high E is perfect and low E is 10 points sharp, all other notes from 1 fret to 12 sounds 5 to 10 points sharp. Pl refer the pic.

I could not found any other close intonation other than this. If I tune low E negative 5 points , i will get all notes tuned and Low E sounds tune at 12 fret + 5 points.

Also i filed the nut slot to accomodate low E string.previously string was out of slot.

Using D Adario 010 brass string.

If it's seem ok for you friends, i will fix this bridge position.

Those are very light strings for an OM acoustic guitar. You may be happier with an .011 or .012 set.

How often do you play the 6th string 12th fret on an acoustic guitar? If rarely, I would accept 10 cents out. If often, I may try to get closer.

I am not a good player and don't play 6th string, so think this is ok.

I am going to start finish and polishing on my guitar, just need a suggestion, finger board extention is some lower from neck , should I again remove and reglue it or leave it?

Also due to rain, humidity reached 80% and straight edge is 1 mm down from bridge, while it was ok in summer.
