My take on Behind Blue Eyes....Reminds me of my father when I play this one.

Very good. BBE is one of my go to's. I learned it off of the live version on the Concert for Kampuchea many years ago. What a show that was.

Well Done!!!!

I really enjoyed that.....the way the fingerstyle was clear withought being overly bright....and then the "bark" if thats proper term for it when the chords were introduced.....that was VERY nice....thank you.

PS Is that done on a Martin....the one in your sig perhaps? Man that sounded nice....

Thanks guys!!

Yes, that is the 000-18 in my sig. It works well for fingerstyle and light stumming.

That’s really good! Enjoyed it very much. And nicely recorded, too.

Hey all....I made some changes to this one.

A fade in intro was added and I cleaned it up a bit too.

I like the quality of the recording much better.

I like both renditions a lot. The song really works for solo acoustic. I also wanted to comment about the cat on your page. I had a look-a-like to your cat, named JigSaw. He was the biggest(meaning tall at the shoulder)most beautiful cat I had ever seen. I still think of him thirty five years on.

This is really fantastic. Where does a person find the music or tab to accomplish something like this?
Thanks so much for sharing.

Hi Curtis.....The beginning and ending are from the LB cover. The basic arrangement came in part from Daryl Shawn. I added some different rhythm and accents and tried to capture the spirit of The Who version & dropped the “faster” part of the song. The fade in came to me at my gym when I heard More Than A Feeling.

So it is kind of a mix of several sources. Hope this helps....MF
