I've been relearning some older stuff that I had forgotten how to play:

Layover by Michael Hedges
Theme from the Rick and Bob Report by Leo Kottke

A very simple song worm got into my head and so I’ve been playing a finger style/finger strum arrangement of A Taste of Honey something resembling a mix between Lenny Welch and the Beatles — with a touch of swing in the middle.

I have 3 sets set up 11 songs per set and 4 songs in set 4 So I'm trying songs out for that and working on the other 30.... Not that I have anywhere to go but I'd like to think this is the year I finally get out and play since I quit playing regularly
So not just one song I'm working on...

Well, I remembered...I'm trying to do Suspicious Minds...Dwight Yoakam's version lol

Trying to figure out Lowell George and Paul Barrere’s magic on Dixie Chicken for an informal online duo I’m in with an old friend of mine. I get the slide parts - he gets to sing.

The mix would be not be pretty if the roles were reversed.

We’re still negotiating for the flute part on Marshall Tucker’s Can’t You See

I do "Let Her Cry" It's what we call a singers song...It's more on the singers shoulders to hold the song together
I do it in "G" position and Capo up to 2 or 3 So actual in Key of A or A#

I transposed Let It Be down to G from the original C key. Much easier to sing and no F chord!

I would love to hear this if you ever record it!

I’m working on Star shopping by peep. Very easy to play but real tough to play and sing.

And Verse Chorus Verse - acoustic version by Kurt C.

Hi Russel, I'm a noob and don't understand what transposed means.

It's a great one indeed. One I like so is why I'm trying to learn it
