Default NGD 000 Zuwai

Having been blown away by the quality and sound of my Eastman E20P I began poking around at some of the made / shipped from China guitars that kept popping up on eBay. After a bit of hemming and hawing I decided to give one a try. This one shipped from a US warehouse. $379 shipped. 000 shape, 12 Fret, solid spruce top, laminated rosewood sides and back, Fishman electronics. There was one small sticker on the front saying Zuwai. They're obviously a Chinese maker. They have a website. I imagine they make a lot of guitars that get branded by more well known names.

The build quality is excellent. Lots of bling. Did my usual bit of setup and it is a really nice guitar. It sounds great. Will mess with it for a few upcoming days.

Will try some pics. I'm new at posting them.

A nice looking guitar. Surprising what a few hundred bucks will get you these days.

Wow, impressive. Does it sound anywhere near as good as it looks?

So far I think it sounds great. Well balanced and lots of sustain. Tomorrow I'll probably do some guitar tasting with my wife as the listener with her back turned. Compare it with some of my other guitars. I will have to replace the saddle as its a crummy fit.
