Martin D-18 Cutaway w/Baggs Anthem - Video included
New inspiration struck yesterday as I was playing my 2018 Martin DC-18E Ambertone (w/Baggs Athem)
I am really happy with the tone I am getting from my Amplified signal chain. Moreover, I am taken back at how natural it sounds given the fact I am plugging in direct. I have a Baggs Align EQ on my pedal board. I cut the 350hz range. But otherwise mostly flat. I also have a Baggs Align Session pedal adding just a bit of saturation and punch. I have yet to find an Acoustic Pickup that is more plug and play and natural sounding than the Baggs Anthem. I feel it delivers the acoustic tone of this exception Martin D-18 Cutaway. Color me very happy!
