Default NBA Finals - Golden State / Toronto.

Anyone following the NBA playoffs? Excited that Toronto finally made it to the Finals for the first time. They came back from 15 and 14 point deficits the past two games over Milwaukee to reach the Finals.

I'm also a Golden State / Curry fan - their fifth consecutive Finals appearances. I've giving the early nudge to Golden State in these finals.

Your thoughts?

I like Kawhi especially when he was with this Spurs and I’m still hoping Jeremy Lin does better so I’m rooting for Toronto. I also like Curry but not so much Durant. Hoping for some good games.

...should be a great series...both teams are loaded with crafty veterans and have great coaching...I have no dog in the fight since the warriors took out the blazers but i’d like to see the raptors go all the way...

Was at a concert last night in Mississauga.

At one point much of the audience turned to watch the TV and lost their minds screaming and cheering.

The Canadian band band didn't mind.

I'm rooting for anyone but the warriors. I'vehad enough of them, but right now the Raptors are not too compelling of a story for me. Go Bruins!

I hope the Warriors can get their injured players back. The Warriors are the most entertaining team in the last 30 years. Congrats to Toronto.

I wonder if LeBron is going to take out an ad saying "Come to LA, Kawhi" during the Finals.

I've been a Laker fan for forever but lost interest when LeBron came on.

Of course we’re rooting for the Warriors here in the Bay. Love that they’ve gotten back to the beautiful brand of basketball which changed the game, and really hoping they can pull off the three-peat. Might be the last hurrah with Iggy getting close to retirement and Durant heading elsewhere. Plus free agency could shift the balance of power next year.

I had lost interest in the NBA with all the hero ball, dribbling, traveling, and stagnant offenses. The Warriors have been so great for the NBA. Want to see the reduced team pull it out one more time and cement the legend.

Well said, Dirk. I'm another NorCal fan hoping the guys in gold repeat. It will be a great 5 year run and agree that this year may be their best chance. Go Dubs!

Best,
Jayne

Saw an interview with Steph Currie and didn't know that his father,Del played three years in Toronto and retired as a Raptor. In addition Steph went to school in Toronto for 2 years and his wife is from Markham just a short ride east of T.O. Adds some interest up here in Ontario.
