Default have an old vox phantom 12 -needs tuning machines

i believe its from the mid sixties bought it from a student
I had about 30 years ago - the left side of the tuners were replaced with
really bad orient made in line -they suck - basically un-useable
I have been trying to get the correct tuners for this guitar for like 30 years-
When i contacted Vox about 10 years ago -they told me Vox has changed hands many times and that my guitar is from the original Vox company
and that these tuners were unique to that company and that size -according to them they are not available
so heres my dilema - Ive accepted that its next to impossible to replace these with original -whats my best option - hopefully something affordable -
thanks in advance for your help !

I dont typically post here - because basically im a Acoustic guy -thou I own 4 electrics - a American made peavy - 2 vox's - and a gibson ES125 3/4
