Default Lakewood M14

This is a private sale of one of my personal guitars ... ( agreement already arranged with JR to permit this.)

Mods, feel free to delete my commercial signature from this post and any replies I might make, if necessary.

This is a beautiful example of a Lakewood M14 in absolutely immaculate, pristine, showroom condition. I have never gigged with this guitar, it has always lived in its case, except for occasional spells when I would take it out to figure out a song in Open C. (it sounds really good and plays well in Open C).

Specs are below :

Series: Natural Series
Model name: M-14
Shape: Grand Concert
Top: AAA Cedar
Back & Sides: Mahogany (Style 14)
Neck: Mahogany, 1-piece
Soundhole rosette: Wooden core (matching back & sides) with purflings
Headstock: Flat headstock
Headstock veneer: Indian rosewood
Body bindings: Maple
Body purfling: Purfling from noble woods
Fingerboard: Ebony
Headstock inlays: White MOP Lakewood logo
Nut: Bone
Neck width at nut: 46 mm (1.81 inch)
Neck width at body-neck-joint: 58 mm (2.28 inch)
Neck thickness: 21mm to 23mm (0.83 to 0.91 inch)
Neck profile: D round
Body-neck-joint: at 14th fret
Scale length: 650 mm (25.6 inch)
Frets: 20 frets
Bridge: Ebony
String spacing at bridge: 57mm (2.24 inch)
Bridge pins: Ebony with pearl dot
Tuners: Schaller M6 chrome with rosewood buttons
Finish: open-pored satin gloss (natural finish)
Case: Hiscox Lakewood hard case

I am looking for £1100 GBP for this instrument, and I might be prepared to accept a very close offer. Payment will be by bank transfer.

The guitar will be shipped worldwide. It will be expertly packed, and promptly dispatched as soon as payment has been received.

I can guaranteed that the buyer will not be disappointed !

Hi Murrmac, I'm not in the market, but I just wanted to say to anyone considering this guirtar - that I had one of these for some time and I found it to be anexceptionally fine instrument.

Lakewood are extremely well made and presented and they have their own sound. Recommended!
