Great job Todd!
You have a great singing voice! Well done.
When I was a kid in, we had a Portable LP player at the end of the hall beside my bedroom, and I would put on an Ed Ames album and that song would be one of the ones that put me to sleep! Great memories.

Great stuff Todd. A great voice is a gift from above. My Mom turns 90 on Monday and this one just got me a little misty eyed.

Thanks guys - it really is a wonderful old song that lends itself to reflection.....and as we age, those reflections change a great deal. So much different for me now that Dad has passed.

Very nice Todd! I certainly can remember those times, too!

Nice of you to record this song to help your friend and her mom. Those times of letting go and watching a loved one pass from this world are so very hard...

- Glenn

Thanks folk - Glenn, this friend of mine was a gal that I could have easily spent the rest of my life with if I hadn't been such a free spirit, so we've always had a special connection. She's also musical and we've done a couple of high school friends weddings together.

It felt nice to do something for them in this difficult time.
