Default Zoom H2 battery leaking...

I took my H2 out of it's case yesterday (don't use it much) and found the batteries dead. So when I opened the back to change them, I found that one of them had leaked. I dried the area out as best I could with a paper towel and installed the new batteries and it works fine. Is there anything else I should do to make sure I get all of the acid out?
On a side note, will a 1GB card record a 1 hour worship service that includes 5 songs and a 20+- minute sermon?
As always, thanks in advance.
Hal

You can change the file type to make sure you get the service. Put the 1GB card in. When you turn on the H2, look at the display. On the bottom line (green on black to the right of the battery symbol) will be the remain time.

If it's not enough time, press Menu, scroll to REC MODE, and select a lower record rate to get more time.
