Default NID (New Interface Day) Apogee Duet 2

I just did a quick search on this drive and I'm hoping it will do what I need it to, but I can't really tell. I have an apogee jam that I can plug either my vocal mic or guitar in to my iMac with, but I can't do both simultaneously. Will this device allow that?

Yes, the Duet (hence the name) allows two channel simultaneous recording.
