Emerald X-20 Case Question
I recently acquired an Emerald X-20 Woody. Great guitar. It came with a nice gig bag but I was thinking about purchasing a hard case. What would be the best size to accommodate the X-20. Thanks!

I appreciate a good gig bag, but the Hiscox Lite Flight Case that Emerald uses is my favorite of all my hard shell cases. Fits my X20 like a glove.

The Hiscox cases are fantastic but I really wish they had a TSA lock at least. That one issue aside, I was very happy with the Hiscox case Emerald included with my X20 Artisan. I ended up selling that to buy a second hand X30 from an AGF member and hopefully my Hiscox case will be here in May.
Years ago when I had my first X20, it came with a gig bag. If I were going to look at a cheaper option, the SKB pro TSA dreadnought case is a great choice. The Gator TSA dreadnought case is fine too but I don't care for their TSA latches as the button is right on the bottom and they could pop open easier if bumped against something it seems. I ended up returning the Gator and keeping the SKB.
