If You’re Gone by the Byrds (Gene Clark was a master of the tortured love song)

Long Long Time by Linda Ronstadt (Gary White)

Caroline, No by The Beach Boys (Wilson-Asher)

Never thought I'd see Magnetic Fields on here! Well played.

Acoustic Guitar,
If you think I play hard,
Well you could have belonged to Steve Earle

I was driving when I first heard that and **** near went off the road.

Great, great love song! Fogelberg all day long

Wow, I didn't realize there were still any of us old Fogies' still around-I still play this song (and love it)-seeing him in concert was one of the most transcendental things I've experienced-

Other old love songs I like to play:

Maybe-Dave Mason
Every Woman-Dave Mason
Your Song-Elton John
Pamela Brown-Leo Kottke

It Wouldn't Have Made Any Difference-Todd Rundgren
La Vie En Rose- Edith Piaff?
Here Comes The Rain Again-Eurythmics

I'm trying to get away from love songs, but I'm a sucker for them.
