You too, Paul. Hard for me to believe this instrument is still here at this price. I am a huge fan of Stephen and Ryan's work Having owned a number of high end guitars (Ryan, Petros, Doerr, and on and on) to me, the S. Kinnairds really stand out.

I have owned, and still own, several S Kinnaird guitars.

All have been extremely well built, played easy and sounded great.

This one looks very special. Also, at this price, it is a screaming bargain.

If I were not in a reduction mode this one would be traveling my way.

As 99% of you already know, Paul is as good a guy as you will find.

Smile Time for a bump

Thank you Rob and Frank for the kind words and good vibes.

This may sell faster if I remember to bump it once in a while!

Happy Hump Day to All.

Off to serenade the aged and infirm...

Paul

Default This sounds great!

I am visiting Pablo and saw this lovely instrument hanging on the wall with the Tone-Rite buzzing it. Since it is one of the herd I haven’t played, I decided to correct that. I am so happy that I did. I have played many of John Kinnaird’s guitars, and I own one, but none of Brother Steve’s creations.
It is very stunning, great fit and finish. This Old Redwood and sweet EIR make a nice combo.
The sound is very pleasing, I played a little finger style stuff and found it soft, warm and cozy. I also whacked it mercilessly with a pick and it didn’t get mushy and disorganized like some guitars, but maintained nice clarity and tonal separation. Very articulate, the bass doesn’t wash out the treble, or vice versa.
This one is good at everything. Now I am a fan of John and Steve K.

Smile Thanks Steve!

Steve has very good ears! He did not play Rock n Roll...

This has clarity and separation all over the neck. And it has been hanging with my Tone-Rite for a couple months now. It is getting more warm sounding every time I play it. Warmth and Clarity! Why not have both? Not to mention a very comfy slim waist and a very nice neck carve.

Happy Saturday Night

Paul

Paul is as good as they come! He knows his guitars and only buys the best, you can think of him as your personal guitar shopper... he’s done the hard work of finding the ones with all the mojo.

Recently did a deal with him and the guitar is better than described. Give him a call, you’ve got nothing to lose but a great conversation.

Paul and I have done several deals over the years. Couldn't agree more!

Smile Thank You Gentlemen

Thanks very much Chadadiah!
I am so glad you are enjoying the RT!!!

Finding them is only part of the fun. Getting them to sound and play at their absolute BEST is another big part! For that I have to thank Taylor Repair, (on the Taylors) and my friends and Techs, Tim Luranc and Pat Quinn, on everything else!
These fine fellows are WORLD CLASS TECHS! Lucky me, and lucky you if you wind up with one these guys have DIALED IN.

Getting guitars to the buyers in the same FAB condition is the last part. For that I can take the blame! My OCD packing and shipping may take more time and effort, but are well worth it, as my guitars have the best possible chance of arriving in BOSS condition!

And, Thanks Frank! I can say the same about you and your instruments!

Happy Sunday to all!

Paul

As most of you know, Paul is as good a guy to deal with as they come. I have had many deals with him. A true prince of a guy.

And a Steve Kinnaird guitar at this price should be gift wrapped.

There is absolutely no way to go wrong here.

Smile OK Rob!

OK Rob! I WILL gift wrap, no extra charge...

This is a mighty fine axe and difficult to release! Talk to me before I come to my senses! Hahahahaha. Like that has ever happened.

Cheers

Paul

This is truly an incredible price from a top-shelf guy and a top-shelf builder. This is one where the buyer just can't go wrong--unless you wanted at tuba and wandered onto the AGF by mistake. Seriously, a tremendous amount of guitar for the money!

Default Courtesy bump for a superb Kinnaird....

Can't go wrong here. Fabulous tonewood combo & one of the best builders on the planet. Like a lot of folk, I'm simplifying my life & in selling mode right now otherwise I would be giving this serious consideration. But if you've not played one of Stephen's guitars then you're missing out on something special. This looks like a fingerpicker's dream guitar! And Paul is one of the really nice guys on the AGF & his guitars are always better than expected!!
