Default 0/00/000 Adirondack for under $1500?

I sold a Blueridge BR-163A, which was an absolute tone monster. Now I feel like I need some adirondack in my life, but all I can think of in the small body department is Blueridge, Recording King, Eastman, and a handful of Guilds. I realize for a lot more, I could have a CEO-7, among others, but what's out there in a small-bodied (0 to 000) Adirondack for somewhere in the neighborhood of $1,000?

Halcyon can build you a custom 0-000 with an Adirondak top upgrade in that ball park

I think Eastman and RK are your only options in that price range. Eastmans can be unbelievably great guitars.

Am I missing something or does RK only make dreads and parlors with Adi? If so, blueridge and eastman may be the only bets. Unless I want to go after a used Guild, but I Like a short scale. Ive heard great things about Halcyon, but I don't see myself buying one without playing it or being able to return it.

+1 I just picked up an Eastman E20OM (RW and Adi) for well below your ceiling. They also make the E10OM (adi/mahogany). It's listed as an OM but the scale length is 24.9, so it's truly a 000. Fantastic guitar IMHO.

For me it would be between the CEO-7 and the E10OM. Any reason you wouldn't go after another Blueridge if your other one was a tone monster?

Just curious, why did you sell the BR163A? It sounds like you liked it.

Variety would be the only reason. Honestly, the BR-163A sounded better to my ears than a few Martin 20ish series guitars when I was shopping for it. Granted, Adi versus sitka, but Martin vs Blueridge - wow. I was impressed.

Eastman has you covered. They have the 0 in their E10P and E20P Parlors, 000 size in their E10-OM and E20-OM, and for 00 they have a new model coming later this year based on the Gibson L00 but if you can't wait <shameless plug> they built us some custom E5-SS and E15-SS models based on the Gibson LG series.</shameless plug> All of these are all solid construction with either Mahogany or Rosewood back and sides and Adirondack tops, and prices are $1100 to $1200. Great guitars at an amazing price.

Hi, if you don't pick up an Eastman to try, I truly believe that you would have no any other better choices!

I was unable to find an Eastman E20P or 10 in stock within a 100 mile radius. I still haven't found one.

You do know the BR163A has an Adirondack top, right? The BR163 is Sitka and the BR163A is Adirondak and a wider fretboard.
