About This Listing I am selling my 2018 Martin D-16E Rosewood Acoustic Electric Guitar. This Martin is in excellent condition, and it is paired with a brand new Vintage Silver Creek Dreadnought case. This guitar has a played in sound, and has deep bass. This guitar was used by the previous owner to front an Americana band until his father gifted him a vintage Taylor guitar. This guitar is not a closet queen and has been used but not abused. There are various swirls and some scratches below the pickguard. There are no significant bumps and bruises, but it has been used and loved. You will be getting a Martin for less than $1500. These guitars retail for $1899 and come with a gig bag not a hardshell case. This Martin 16 Series Right-Handed Dreadnought is crafted with satin-finished East Indian rosewood back and sides for resonant sound with deep base and rich overtones. It includes a Sitka spruce gloss top for balanced tone and projection and a high-performance neck taper for ease of playability up and down the fretboard. The D-16E comes equipped with Fishman Matrix VT Enhance electronics. This Martin is supplied with a brand new Silver Creek Vintage Dreadnought hardshell case.
