Perfectly. It's been used for a long time. Additionally I had a similar spot left on my 1937 A so they can react slightly with Nitro. I just polished it off and slid a piece of felt between the tuner clip and the guitar.

I just took it to my Luthier and he tried the pop sh he has but the mark didn't erase with the polish he had... He says he'll have to refinish that area after buffing it out. I've been in contact with the D'addario Rep and he says they'll be paying for the repair.

I’m thinking potentially one born in May and sold in the end of June probably hasn’t had its finish completely cure yet...
