fs: Brazilian 35th anniversary taylor only 35 made!

A guitar company as successful and popular as Taylor doesn't pass a milestone like its 35th Anniversary very often Although Taylor is building a number of different types of Limited Edition models to commemorate this anniversary, the high point is 35 guitars made with Brazilian rosewood back and sides. And, as you can see here, it's not just Brazilian rosewood sets that Taylor hadn't used yet. Nope, this is wood from Bob's stash, and some of it is Brazilian rosewood sets he's been waiting to use for many years. Bob has selected the wood for each guitar in this series. The Brazilian in the GS model shown here is richly colored, dense and dark, We're glad Bob didn't decide to load these models down with lots of pearl. Instead, there's a nicely engraved set of inlays on the fretboard and a heavily mottled abalone rosette. Add a Brazilian rosewood arm bevel and binding, Brazilian overlays on both the front and back of the headstock, Gotoh 510 tuners, and that's it. This guitar is all about the wood, and the guitar resulting from combining that wood with 35 years of practice and innovation, rather than being a showcase for decoration. this guitar is signed by bob taylor . I'm selling because i never take it out of the case. this retails for $19,999.00. id like to get 12,500 or make offer!! this guitar is like new.

The label looks like GS not GC.

This is definitely not a GC but a GS model.

Beautiful guitar!!! I recently read article in acoustic mag RE:Lacey act scary stuff said they can take your guitar away (if they choose to) Brazilian wood if made after 1949 before would be considered antique. Crazy stuff!

Guitar reminds me of the ending of Super Bowl...about all you can say is WOW!!
