Arrow FS/FT: Aria Brazilian Rosewood, Taylor T3/B, GSce LTD, 514ce, Recording King Banjo

Selling a few gits to fund our recording and playing our live endeavors (of course I am always considering upgrading my gigging guitar if you happened to have a wonderful sounding Goodall!)

Gustavo Aria Guitar 1A Maestro Brazilian Rosewood with CITES Passport. $2,600 +shipping/paypal (or certified check)

Taylor 514ce - SOLD +shipping/paypal (or certified check)

Taylor GSce LTD 2009 Maple - SOLD +shipping/paypal (or certified check)

Taylor T3/B - SOLD +shipping/paypal (or certified check)

Recording King BANJO Rk-R80 - SOLD +shipping/paypal (or certified check)

ON THE ARIA:

Guitar was bought for $3,500 in 2010 & I am asking $2,600(+ comes with K&K pick-up and hard case). Has CITES Passport for the Brazilian Rosewood. There is one mark on the back lower bout; besides that it's in terrific shape! I was working this into my live set, but I don't play enough classical songs to justify keeping it.

This guitar has a very even tonal spectrum, easy to play, and is wonderfully built! Obviously, Brazilian rosewood has it's own reputation and value- even if you wanted just the wood sets, un-built, it'd be $1300- this deal affords a very unique value to whoever will be lucky enough to own it!

Specs:
- Builder: Gustavo Arias of Paraguay, built in 2010
- Model: 1A Maestro.
- Select finest Brazilian rosewood
- Engelmann spruce / Nomex doubletop
- Schaller tuners
- Scale: 640 mm for smaller hands
- K&K pure mini pick-up installed
- Upper sound hole
- Special "bevel" cutaway
- CITES passport and case included
- Condition: Great.

Check out a video of the guitar from the builder (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=njLXEtFnIPk)

ON THE TAYLOR 514ce:

Taylor acoustic-electric, double bound grand auditorium body, soft cutaway, red cedar top, multi ring rosette, mahogany back, sides and 14 fret neck, bound ebony fretboard, dot inlays, 20 frets, ebony bridge, tortoise plastic pickguard, rosewood headstock overlay features logo inlay, gold modern tuners, Taylor Expression system , 1-3/4" nut, 25-1/2" scale, with brown OHSC

ON THE TAYLOR GSce LTD:

2009 Taylor GSce LTD maple - this is not a bright guitar, this is an articulate guitar that gives maple a fantastic name. Adirondack CV bracing and koa binding. These limited runs are top notch, and the figuring on the back/sides is scary handsome. This guitar while devour anything you through at it, fingerpicking, strumming, harmonics, light, or heavy.. it loves it all. There are a few small bumps around the binding from some (what I assume) are mic collisions; they're small but present.

This is a top of the line instrument, only available as special order. The LTDs are even more rare than the fall/spring limiteds. Retailed for $5,000!

SPECS:
Grand Symphony sized, 3-piece quilted maple back, maple sides, Sitka spruce top with Adirondack CV bracing, koa binding and backstrap, Gotoh tuners, abalone rosette, bone nut and saddle, Venetian cutaway, Expression System pickup, hardshell case included.

ON THE TAYLOR T3/B:

2010 Taylor T3/B Sunburst. This is a beautiful figured guitar that has everything for a guy (or gal) that wants to be able to tweak his sound until he has found his own voice. The neck is fast and easy and the construction is superb. The top is undeniably gorgeous. It's easy to play and a ton of fun. The guitar is in great shape, just a couple of impressions on the back (pictured) and a little buffable mark on the tuning peg (pictured).

Big tone, great flexibility
If you're looking for fat jazz tones from a manageable, thinline body style, you've come to the right place. The T3's two humbucking pickups provide plenty of thick tone, but that's just the beginning. You can choose between neck, neck/bridge, and bridge settings, activate a coil-tap for single-coil tones, and even engage a second capacitor for even fatter tone. This means everyone from jazz aficionados to rockers can enjoy the T3/B's attributes - from cool and restrained to crunchy and rude.

Taylor T3/B Semi-hollowbody Electric Guitar Features:
• Color: Tobacco sunburst
• Top: Figured maple
• Body: Sapele
• Neck: Sapele
• Scale length: 24-7/8"
• Fingerboard: Ebony with electric-style frets
• No. of frets: 21
• Fingerboard Inlays: 4mm MOP dots
• Hardware: Chrome-plated
• Tuning machines: Taylor chrome
• Bridge: Roller bridge with Bigsby tremolo tailpiece (fixed bridge with stoptail available on T3)
• Pickups: Two Taylor Style 2 HD humbuckers
• Controls: Volume and tone, with coil tap on Volume knob and extra capacitor engagement push-pull on Tone knob; 3-way selector switch
• Case: Deluxe hardshell

ON THE BANJO:

Not the actually banjo, but looks identical.

Played maybe 4 times. It's in fantastic condition! If you are looking for a pro banjo set-up, here it is. Comes with OHSC.

The RK-R80 Professional combines classic pre-war style features and desirable modern touches to create a great-sounding bluegrass banjo. The Professional features a mahogany resonator, mahogany neck, bound ebony fretboard, American Standard thread hardware, 20-hole tone ring and a 3-ply rim.

That Aria is a beautiful looking guitar. I haven't heard of the builder before, do you have any information on them?

Thanks,

TK

TK - it's made by Gustavo Aria, Paraguayan luthier (or someone in his shop). They produce only a few guitars a month. You can get a really good taste of what he does by searching on YouTube for "Gustavo Aria Luthier". I would recommend allowing the tones that his instruments produce to promote themselves!
