Default Recording an acoustic/electric archtop

With a floating pickup jazzbox, you really need to get a mix of the acoustic and the amplified sound. On this recording, I have the mic away from me a bit in order to get a bit of the direct acoustic sound, as well as the amp that is behind me. I also recorded a stereo line out from the amp which I think keeps it from sounding too ambient.

Does anyone have any experience with this, critiques of the way I did it, or suggestions for ways to do it better? Insincere flattery is fine as well...
