I'm sure glad to hear that I'm helping get slack key in front of people.

And I feel really fortunate that I'm able to capture some of Ledward Kaapana's magic for posterity. Led has been killing it for 50+ years, from his teenage illegal bar gigs on the Big Island through his hit record days with his family trio Hui Ohana and his party band I Kona then on to his solo career that includes a couple of Grammies and a National Heritage Award.

You can see why it's such a privilege for me to play alongside Ledward.
