Default Secondary tone

I guess that wasn't just one last question... now that my guitar is restrung and everything is good and tuned up, I am getting a secondary tone from the bridge area but only when I play on the first 5 frets of the D string. Very annoying! Looked at everything carefully...all is in order. This secondary tone or buzz makes the string sound slightly out of tune...from the bridge area definitely. Anyone come across this? I am using Savarez Alliance normal tension. Previously I had hard tension on and I did not hear this tone?

Most things regarding string vibrations sound like they are coming from around the bridge. Consider action height, popped up fret...

This is very common on the D string of a CG. Try unfastening one end of the
string, twisting it to provide more wound wraps in its speaking length; then
refasten and tune up again to see if it's still there. If that doesn't work,
sometimes a change of string type or brand will cure it: I've had this
happen more with Savarez than, say, D'Adds.
