Default Anyone else feel more than happy with their guitars?

I've been playing guitar for almost 20 years, and until yesterday, I've always been thinking about which guitar I'll buy next. I played some high end guitars yesterday at a local store, and they just did not sound as good as mine.

It's a great feeling to finally feel more than happy with the guitars I currently own. Has anyone else reached that point yet? If so, how long did it take you? It's certainly a great feeling and I hope everyone can experience it!

WOW, if i can't be happy with my current line up of guitars, i need to make some special appointments with people to talk it through.

I've got my Gibsons, I've got my Martins, there is nothing else I really need.

I am quite content with my guitars, but that still doesn't stop me from constantly checking out what's out there!

Content.

Even have 1-2 more than I need, though casing them in the basement vs. selling them is the current strategy!

Most content indeed. I’ve whittled my collection down to 3 acoustics and 2 electrics from a combined total of 15 or more in the last 12 months, and am very happy with the decisions I’ve made, and what’s left.

Couldn’t wish for a better collection of remnants

+1 - I will say I'm starting to offload electrics, in exchange for acoustics. This just seems to be the way my life is heading.

My guitars were all hand picked for a specific purpose.
I am very happy with all of them.

The one possible exception is my Alvarez Baritone.
I would like to try an 8 string Baritone to see if I would like that more.

I'm happy with my only guitar, although I'm not that happy with it at all. However it is the only one I can afford and it has lead me to where I am in guitaring today. If I were to have a more expensive guitar, I wouldn't be where I am right now today, I wouldn't have so far learned what I did with my current guitar.

More than happy my two which fulfil my needs entirely. Don’t get me wrong, I get pangs of GAS now and then but when I think about things there is no rational reason for me to get another guitar when I could instead learn a new instrument like the banjo.

I feel pretty fortunate with my three. All of them are much better than I will ever be. Of course I do need a spruce/hog at some point

I wouldn't mind a rosewood OM but if I were to never get another guitar I'd have no complaints.

I'm pretty happy with what I have.

The better my playing, the happier I am. Of course when my playing is off, its all the guitars fault and I need a new one,
