Default Alvarez Help Needed: Saddle and Tuner Questions

I am updating a guitar given to me from my grandfather. I have found very little info about it, even on google. It's a mid 80's alvarez 5030. It's a jumbo guitar with oval soundhole, sitka/mahogany. I am getting my tech to give it a proper set up and doing the following:

1. Replacement Tuners - These are ok, but I would like a nicer set that will match. Looking for recommendations. Please help me find some good tuners where no further drilling will be involved.

2. I would like to replace the bridge/saddle with bone. at this point, I don't have time to send this one in and have Bob C. copy it before it goes to the tech for a few days. Any idea if they make this saddle standard somewhere?
