For sale is my 2014 Santa Cruz 1929-00, S/N 772. I bought this guitar new from Ted at LA Guitar Sales the day it arrived at the store. It never even made it to the sales floor.

It sounds, dare I say it, better than it did new, due to the time it spent during its first year being gently broken in with a ToneRite (thanks Magwa). It is extraordinarily responsive to the gentlest touch, yet has abundant power and beautiful tone. It is, in short, the ultimate all-mahogany guitar.

For its first year, this was my primary guitar, until my custom ordered Santa Cruz rosewood 000 arrived. As my guitar playing and knowledge progressed, I discovered that as much as I enjoyed my 1929-00, I am, in fact, a rosewood guy. I feel guilty for not playing this guitar more; it’s just too exceptional for that.

I've bought and sold numerous guitars on the forums, but I've never sold one in mint condition before. I've become very good at finding just the right light to show blemishes on a guitar. I can literally find no scratch, no dent, no mark of any kind on this one. The condition is truly exceptional. It’s been lovingly played and cared for in my humidified music room from Day One. I play ONLY fingerstyle, almost never strumming.

I'll give you a free bump here. I keep looking at this one with 'wanting eyes'. Great looking small body all hog guitar which I am certain is superb. I often wish these were 1 11/16"....while everyone else seems to want this 1 3/4". Best of luck with this sale.
