sorry i hadn't updated the thread, just been busy at work and haven't had a chance to take pics and upload them.

Anyways here is the guitar, for the neck i used a cocobolo head plate to go along with the cocobolo binding. I also binded the fretboard with cocobolo. I usually like carrying over whatever wood I'm using on the back and sides to the back of my head plate. the neck is done and is almost ready to head to finishing, just minor touch ups here and there. I use a elevated fretboard just FYI

Brad- the back braces actually do not sail over the back strip, it is just a shadow effect from the lighting!

Thanks for looking and let me know what you'll think!

She sure looks good! Great choice on the head plate.

Finally after waiting forever to hear back from the finisher that did my previous two guitars, i got impatient to see this guitar come to life, so i did some homework, planned and built a spray booth and here she is after her first couple coats! I must add that it has been a very educational experience, but very rewarding at the same time knowing that this (and hopefully all my guitars) will be worked on by me from start to finish!

Oh my... That is BEAUTIFUL! I will be waiting on the forums trying to get my hands on a razo guitar! Your 2nd build was especially stunning, loved your maple wedge and it continued to the back of the neck! That's special and unique!

I got to play this guitar today. I can't believe this is Jonathan's third guitar! Very nice work. Beautiful woods used throughout and nice articulate tone. This guitar is particularly good for fingerstyle and should open up nicely.
