Default What's the best sounding laminate guitar you can remember hearing?

I got an Aria A-560 classical in 1973 and for 30 years thought it was all solid. Later saw something that the back/sides were laminate. Could have fooled me.... still sounds wonderful!
15 year’s ago I bought
My daughter an x series Martin, thinking it would be better for humidity of summer camp It looks like Formica but sounds pretty good.

1974 Citation 7001. My 1st acoustic. Laminated top, sides and back. It sounds almost identical to new Hummingbird i tried at Sam Ash last year. I like to keep it in altered tunings because it is such a beast. I use it to practice Going to California and The Rain Song by Zep. Right now it is set up for Suite Judy Blue Eyes ala James James version.
